Prices (2010)
Pricing is dependent on quantity (see latest prices below), an initial price quote is given on
receipt of plug numbers before testing commences and may have to be adjusted on
consultation, to reflect the actual quantity on site.
The test suite includes the following:
- Free Test Certification and asset report
- Free pass/fail labeling
- Free rewiring of incorrectly or poorly wired appliances
- Free fuses and other minor repairs
- Free re-test after repairs
- Free full test results on CD
- Free notification of re-testing
On the request of the client and for a small service charge, we are also happy to carry additional
required repairs, such as replacement cabling, replacement plugs etc
Pricing Structure
Normal Working Hours Pricing (8.30 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday)
We operate within a range of 40 Googled miles from Bognor Regis for the prices shown below, if your establishment is further afield there is small, scaled, additional charge to cover the extra milage cost - please call.
Note: we have a minimum call out charge of £30 for 10 miles from Bognor and £40 for beyond this mileage, this charge is not applicable for quantities above 50 test units.
- 20 - 50 Appliances (at less than 10 mile callout) £1.55 per item inspected & tested
- 26 - 50 Appliances (at greater than 10 mile callout) £1.55 per item inspected & tested
- 51 – 100 Appliances £1.40 per item inspected & tested
- 101 – 300 Appliances £1.30 per item inspected & tested
- 301 – 3000 Appliances £1.10 per item inspected & tested
- Over 3000 Appliances £1.00 per item inspected & tested
All Schools, Colleges, Universities, Registered Charities, N.H.S, Private Hospitals, M.O.D., Local Authorities, receive a special discount.

I have 15 items to test and I’m based within your 10 mile catchment area.
15 items * £1.55 = £23.25 but this is less than the minimum callout charge, therefore the total charge is the minimum rate of £30.00
I have 32 items to test and I’m based within your 10 mile catchment area.
32 items * £1.55 = £49.60 this is more than the minimum callout charge, charge therefore the total charge is £49.60
I have 75 items to test and I’m based within your 10 mile catchment area.
75 items * £1.40 = £105.00 There is no min charge as the quantity is above 50, therefore the total charge is £105.00
